• Own inbound integration requests from qualification through launch and ongoing maintenance • Guide partners through NDA, sandbox access, API documentation, onboarding, testing, and launch • Serve as the technical and commercial liaison between integration partners and Ashby’s cross-functional teams • Translate partner and customer needs into requirements, tradeoffs, and next steps • Help determine whether the right path is a native build, partner-built integration, connector, unified API, or roadmap opportunity • Help partners navigate authentication, endpoints, webhooks, data mapping, and workflow design • Own integration knowledge sharing with Sales, Customer Success, and Support • Coordinate integration reviews and launch readiness, including validation, security, configuration, documentation, assets, and Marketplace publication • Maintain the external integration directory and partner-facing resources • Partner with Marketing and Product Marketing on launch communications and enablement • Manage larger integration relationships and enterprise partnership needs • Represent Ashby externally in discovery, technical scoping, roadmap conversations, launches, and feedback loops • Optimize current integrations and coordinate updates with project managers and internal teams • Keep HubSpot and partnership systems current with partner context, status, ownership, timelines, and demand • Improve swim lanes, handoffs, SLAs, documentation, reporting, and support paths • Automate high-frequency, low-variance work while preserving human judgment • Work with the knowledge base team to keep integration documentation up to date • Report directly to the Partnerships lead
• Experience at the intersection of partnerships, product, technology, and customers—in integration or platform partnerships, technical program management, product management, solutions architecture, implementation, or a similar role • Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, data flows, webhooks, sandboxes, and integration tradeoffs • Strong product and business judgment • Clear communication and strong writing skills • Ability to build trust with partners, set expectations, give direct guidance, and create clear requirements, decisions, and documentation • Operational discipline and ability to own a high-volume workstream • Ability to create structure in ambiguity, automate repetitive work, and follow through across teams • Ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and external partners • Ability to work across time zones and travel occasionally for partner and team moments • Comfort with technical detail, prioritization decisions, direct conversations, writing, async communication, proactive follow-up, and leading meetings • Comfort discussing APIs, authentication, webhooks, data flows, and data mapping
