📋 Description

• Develop and execute high-impact analyst relations programs to increase brand awareness and buyer preference • Build relationships with key analysts and secure leadership in research reports • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to integrate analyst insights into product strategy, narratives, and marketing materials • Manage end-to-end briefings, inquiries, and major analyst firm events • Lead briefing strategy at key industry conferences with PMM • Develop the narrative cadence for analyst engagements • Lead and evolve analyst strategy at Ashby One, the flagship conference • Own all facets of the global Analyst Relations program • Build a product-expert understanding of Ashby's offering • Convert analyst relationships into qualified pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• Experience analyzing trends in the HR Tech space • Experience writing about HR Tech trends, journalism, or PR leadership experience • Strong relationship-building and event experience • Ability to influence outcomes without formal authority • Critical thinking and strong writing skills • Ability to use AI to improve effectiveness rather than outsource the work • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and resourcefully • Good judgment and discernment • Willingness and ability to travel monthly • Ability to complete a written take-home assignment
