📋 Description

• Maintain the contract management database system • Reconcile Supplier and Customer chargeback submissions accurately and on time • Manage chargeback cases for suppliers • Enter contract pricing and membership information into the contract management database • Maintain exception reports analyzing pricing and membership information • Work with distribution centers to troubleshoot contract discrepancies • Communicate with customers, suppliers, and external partners to resolve inquiries and payment issues • Use dashboards to identify, compare, and reconcile contract information • Analyze variance contracts returned by suppliers • Research contract issues, identify their sources, and determine appropriate resolutions • Reconcile chargebacks according to approved guidelines • Manage suppliers' Chargeback Accounts Receivable portfolios • Collect monies due from suppliers and minimize write-off dollars • Support supplier Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) technology projects as required • Provide status updates to supervisors and team members • Communicate across workstreams and discuss observations with the team supervisor • Support department managers in preparing for meetings • Maintain professional working relationships • Comply with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • Minimum of two (2) years of related experience • Understanding of Contracts & Chargebacks is desirable • Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, and Power BI • Expertise in SAP is desirable • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data/situations • Ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy; thorough and organized • Ability to assimilate and summarize information in an appropriate context • Commercial business acumen and willingness to be hands-on • Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic teams with varying levels of responsibility • Resourceful in pursuing or recommending new ideas and/or procedures • Knowledge of accounting practices and principles • Willingness to work overtime hours as needed
