📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day facility management of dental equipment and maintenance issues across multiple locations and a large geographic territory from the main office • Troubleshoot equipment over the phone with office staff and provide specific instructions • Manage facilities vendors and ensure required actions are completed • Manage expectations and vendor performance within service-level parameters • Verify completion of work and services • Communicate with internal customers and contract vendors • Analyze and store work-order history and track budgets using online programming • Search for and onboard subcontractors and vendors • Ship and track items for the Facilities Department • Manage billing for Facilities tickets, including vendor coordination and correct GL and location codes • Run small projects from start to finish and guide field technicians on scope-of-work details

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills • Verbal and written communication skills • Prior exposure to multi-unit facilities management concepts and best practices helpful • Ability to complete multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment • Experience and ability to negotiate with vendors • Analytical and critical thinking • Real-time problem-solving ability • Willingness and eagerness to develop new skills and take on more responsibility • Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM • Participation in an on-call rotation one week every other month • Occasional travel and flexible schedule • Degree in higher education preferred, not required
