📋 Description

• Lead projects in requirements definition, business process improvement, quality assurance, risk management, end user training, application configuration, and testing • Provide consulting services to global organizations on HCM best practices and help clients migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions • Conduct design workshops with clients • Ensure and deliver high-quality solutions through system configuration that meet overall business requirements • Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules • Clearly document system configuration and business processes • Transfer knowledge to customers for ongoing maintenance and support • Keep abreast of new and relevant SAP releases and features and remain a certified expert in the respective area(s)

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced, purpose-driven multitasker • SuccessFactors Certified Consultant • Expertise in Employee Central and related EC/ONB 2.0/Time/Benefits reporting • Knowledge of HCM best practices • Experience with SAP HCM Cloud solutions • Ability to lead requirements definition, process improvement, quality assurance, risk management, training, configuration, and testing • Ability to conduct client design workshops • Ability to configure high-quality solutions meeting business requirements • Ability to facilitate integration between modules • Ability to document configurations and business processes • Ability to transfer knowledge for ongoing customer maintenance and support • Maintain certification expertise and stay current with SAP releases and features
