📋 Description
• Oversee facilities management functions across multiple locations • Conduct regular site visits • Work with on-site team and Regional Manager • Reinforce community environmental safety programs • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements • Develop emergency response plans • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Analyze KPI data for trends and areas for improvement • Assist with compliance programs at site level • Support capital budgets development

• Extensive experience in facilities management • Strong interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office, and Outlook • Ability to lead and manage a team • Flexibility with working schedule based on business needs
