📋 Description

• Connect business needs with data and technology solutions supporting reporting, analytics, and decision-making • Lead stakeholder discussions and discovery sessions to define objectives, priorities, and data and system requirements • Analyze business processes, data flows, integrations, and dependencies to support solution design • Document requirements, process flows, data mappings, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data definitions • Investigate data issues using SQL and analytical methods, identify root causes, and recommend remediation • Partner with business, Data Management, Data Engineering, IT, analytics, reporting, and technology teams on end-to-end solution delivery • Support test planning, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, implementation readiness, and post-delivery validation • Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, automate manual work, and enhance data quality and reporting • Validate data and reporting solutions for accuracy, completeness, reliability, and alignment with business needs • Report suspicious activity to Financial Intelligence and customer complaints or procedure violations to management or HR • Report ethical concerns through Associated Bank’s anonymous Ethics Hotline as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 5+ years of experience leading business or systems analysis, including requirements gathering and supporting technology or data solutions • 3+ years of experience with data analysis, reporting, analytics, data management, or related systems analysis • 1+ year of experience in financial services, banking, or another regulated environment • 1+ year of experience using SQL or a similar data querying tool for data investigation, validation, root cause analysis, or data quality efforts • Experience leading stakeholder discussions and discovery sessions • Experience analyzing business processes, data flows, integrations, and dependencies • Experience documenting requirements, process flows, data mappings, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data definitions • Preferred: 1+ year of experience with modern data and analytics platforms such as Snowflake, Power BI, or similar technologies • Preferred: 1+ year of experience supporting data quality, controls, risk management, or operational quality initiatives • Ability to pass a thorough background check • Must comply with applicable laws, regulations, enterprise policies, and procedures
