📋 Description

• Develop and implement client and product initiatives for Multi-Services Operators and Broadband providers • Partner with Business Development, Account Management, Product Development, and Sales/Solution Engineering stakeholders • Drive successful and on-time delivery of programs supporting new MSO business • Execute client and product delivery of complex solutions aligned with client, product, and Assurant vision and culture • Apply a disciplined product-development approach • Assist client, product, and implementation teams from concept and design through financial modeling, journey mapping, partner selection, testing, evaluation, and rollout • Develop solutions including claims processing capabilities, forward and reverse logistics, payment platforms, self-service platforms, and feature offerings • Coordinate and facilitate IT, operations, marketing, product development, finance, and other Assurant disciplines to execute solution designs • Transition client and product solutions to permanent product owners or operational groups • Ensure solutions achieve intended outcomes, operate securely within a strong control environment, and deliver consistently, efficiently, and effectively • Support process re-engineering, operational tool utilization, and data analytics • Lead matrix resources across product, business development, and marketing organizations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Project/Program Management, or a related field • 5+ years of progressively more responsible experience in business leadership roles • Expertise with clients and/or prospects • Experience working in an Agile development environment • Knowledge and experience in extended service contracts and/or the service industry • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong organizational and planning skills • Ability to understand and manage complex issues and develop solutions that generate favorable results • Understanding of how processes and systems interact • Track record of successfully designing and implementing solutions • Ability to process complex, time-sensitive data and information from multiple sources, make decisions, and communicate actions • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently • Professional presence, polish, and demeanor to engage with clients • Ability to build trust, respect, and rapport while influencing internal and external stakeholders • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of a client’s business and communicate value • Ability to probe consultatively to understand client needs and business drivers • Experience as a Technical Solution Engineer, Service Execution, Service Solutions, and/or IT Business Relationship Manager is a plus • Extensive understanding of industry and emerging trends is desired
