• Create, drive, and maintain regional Quality strategy to support business objectives and continuous improvement • Foster a full-chain, full-lifecycle quality culture through competence development, effective communication, and sharing best practices • Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of processes, systems, and performance metrics • Analyze customer feedback, operational trends, and performance metrics to identify risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities • Lead quality reviews, corrective action initiatives, and continuous improvement projects • Collaborate with business leaders and functional teams to strengthen quality processes, compliance, and customer satisfaction • Coach quality teams and influence stakeholders to drive adoption of best practices and sustainable performance improvements
• 8+ years of progressive and successful work experience in sourcing, supply chain management, quality improvement or engineering roles • Technical or Business (BS / BA) degree from an accredited college or university • Minimum of 2+ years directly/indirectly leading people • Six Sigma qualification is preferred (Six Sigma Champion, Six Sigma Black Belt) • Proven success managing quality projects and programs • At least 8+ years’ progressive experience in business and quality improvement
