📋 Description

• Lead, coach, develop, and mentor a team of associates investigating and settling property and casualty claims • Set expectations and reinforce productivity and quality standards • Coach policy interpretation, estimate review, documentation, coverage decisions, and claim resolution • Use data, quality reviews, and operational observations to identify trends and improve team effectiveness • Help the team adapt to evolving workflows, technology, claim assignments, and business priorities • Resolve escalated or non-routine customer issues and support complaint resolution • Partner with internal teams, vendors, clients, TPAs, and claims leaders • Handle additional duties, projects, training, and development activities as required

🎯 Requirements

• P&C Adjusters License • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the claims process in a P&C environment • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory, management, or team lead experience, including coaching and developing employees • Property claims technical expertise, including coverage, policy interpretation, and claim file quality • Experience using Xactimate to review and/or write property or contents estimates • Carrier claims experience preferred; IA, vendor, CAT, or high-volume claims experience may also be helpful • Experience leading through change, ambiguity, or transformation • Comfort using data to identify trends and evaluate operational impact • Strong communication skills and ability to conduct direct, constructive coaching conversations • Bilingual a plus
