📋 Description

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from job posting and sourcing through selection and offer delivery • Partner with hiring managers and other stakeholders through structured launch meeting and ongoing consultation • Manage recruiting funnels and pipelines to deliver timely, qualified candidate slates • Successfully fill positions to meet class hiring deadlines • Guide hiring managers and interview teams on selection best practices • Negotiate offers within established guidelines and coordinate required approvals • Deliver a consistent, transparent, and human‑centered candidate experience • Maintain accurate, compliant data and strong requisition hygiene in recruiting systems • Support team‑wide hiring needs through sourcing and pipeline assistance as needed • Collaborate with internal partners on ensuring that hiring and on-boarding processes are met and compliant

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience • 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience supporting large scale hiring initiatives • Strong consultative and stakeholder partnership skills • Experience advising on offer strategy and negotiating within guidelines • Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools and a compliance‑focused mindset • Utilize recruiting metrics, workforce data, dashboards, and labor market trends to support data-driven decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvements and hiring effectiveness • Proven large scale hiring project management capabilities • Experience using AI tools to elevate and increase efficiency in talent acquisition process • Analyze data using Excel tools such as pivot tables, formulas, and reporting functions to generate actionable insights • Prepare and deliver status meetings with internal stakeholders
