📋 Description

• Provide individual therapy sessions for adults managing anxiety, depression, and trauma • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards • Deliver telehealth counseling services while building strong therapeutic rapport remotely • Collaborate with care teams and provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Active LMSW license in the state of practice • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program • Experience providing telehealth therapy to adult mental health populations • Experience with clinical documentation and risk assessment • Knowledge of HIPAA requirements • Experience using CBT • Bilingual in English and Spanish • Valid, active Texas LMSW license • Experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy to diverse populations across a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, and life transitions • Experience conducting intake evaluations and clinical assessments • Experience developing personalized treatment plans • Experience maintaining clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards • Strong communication skills in English and ability to build rapport with clients • Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and clinical documentation requirements
