📋 Description

• Prepare and post journal entries as part of the monthly close process • Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations • Analyze general ledger activity and investigate variances • Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances across multiple entities • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities • Maintain accounting schedules and supporting documentation • Partner with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting • Support financial statement preparation and reporting requirements • Utilize NetSuite for day-to-day accounting operations • Leverage Excel to analyze data and prepare reconciliations • Assist with audits and requests from internal and external auditors • Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiencies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience • Strong understanding of general ledger accounting • Hands-on experience with intercompany accounting and reconciliations • NetSuite experience is required • Month-end close experience including journal entries and account reconciliations • Strong balance sheet reconciliation experience • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) • Experience working in a multi-entity environment • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting • Public company experience preferred • CPA or CPA candidate preferred • Experience supporting multiple subsidiaries or legal entities preferred • Exposure to audit support and financial reporting preferred • Process improvement mindset preferred • Strong communication and collaboration skills preferred
