📋 Description

• Evaluate how frontier AI models handle realistic clinical work • Create professional scenarios using realistic files from day-to-day clinical workflows • Assess tasks such as clinical assessments and plans, medication reconciliation and interaction checks, triage decisions, discharge summaries, patient education, and clinical protocols • Build compact or multi-day scenarios that expose where AI models produce incorrect results • Verify document claims against underlying numbers, sources, or facts • Interpret feedback and determine which parts are correct • Write grading rubrics and ramp up on unfamiliar work • Explain why an AI result is wrong, not merely that it is • Work remotely with flexible scheduling and multi-day task timers

🎯 Requirements

• Active or recent clinical license: RN, NP, PA, MD or DO, PharmD, or an allied health license with independent clinical judgment • 2+ years of hands-on experience in your field preferred; candidates with less experience considered where practical work is real • Current or recent hands-on practitioner experience at an individual contributor level, not solely managerial • Full professional or native-level written and spoken English • Strong written communication and ability to explain complex professional reasoning clearly and concisely • Comfort with ambiguity and attention to detail • Ability to interpret feedback and apply it independently • Ability to ramp quickly on unfamiliar work from written material and instructions alone • General familiarity with AI and LLM tools, including Claude or ChatGPT • Baseline technology literacy, including Google Workspace, browser profiles, desktop app installation, Excel/Google Sheets conversion, and file compression • Availability for at least 10 hours per week, with no weekly maximum • Based in the United States, Canada, or the UK
