📋 Description

• Review and manage employee hardship cases from intake through resolution • Evaluate complex situations involving housing instability, family emergencies, bereavement, safety concerns, financial hardship, and other life challenges • Assess risk factors and apply established guidelines to determine appropriate outcomes and support options • Connect employees with relevant resources and services based on their individual circumstances • Maintain accurate case documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data privacy • Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve complex cases and remove barriers to support • Exercise independent judgment and make informed decisions in sensitive situations • Manage a high volume of cases in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy • Navigate multiple systems and tools to research, document, and process case activity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Case Management, Employee Support Services, Leave Administration, Social Services, Crisis Support, or a related field • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment • Schedule availability Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:30 PM PST
