📋 Description

• Provide strategic oversight of cyber defense and monitoring missions • Oversee SOC operations, incident management frameworks, and service delivery • Serve as strategic engagement point with Department of State leadership for cyber response capabilities • Ensure resources meet mission demands for monitoring, response, threat hunting, and intelligence • Oversee SOC performance monitoring • Oversee incident response workflows • Oversee threat intelligence operations • Oversee daily reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries • Oversee SIEM tuning and monitoring optimization

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years' experience with SOC or Cyber Operations • A CISSP, GCIA, GCIH or equivalent certification is required • Experience with SIEM administration, log analysis, and threat detection • Minimum Secret security clearance required • Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance • ProSync cannot sponsor candidates for a security clearance • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in any field • Technical field degree preferred
