📋 Description

• Provide support services for the National Sales team via billing, project, and vendor management • Develop workflow continuity with boundary partners to establish efficiencies and minimize duplication • Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, generate reports, and inform decision-making • Analyze and optimize existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement new procedures to enhance efficiency • Facilitate communication between departments, resolve operational issues, and coordinate with stakeholders at all levels • Coordinate with outside sources to ensure submitted data accurately reflects performance • Recommend process improvements for current and future metrics collection systems • Provide business analysis support and assist with business requirements documentation for system and operational changes • Educate and promote a culture of continuous improvement by partnering with process owners and champions

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to learn and retain new information and concepts quickly, including the operational understanding of telecommunications ordering/provisioning, billing/accounting processes, and general project management principles • Must have strong organizational skills and be excellent with details and follow-up • High competency in both verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills • Flexibility, ability to multitask and prioritize requests from several different sources without sacrificing quality of work • Strong computer literacy, with the ability to leverage Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheets, and Tableau • Strong data analytics experience on large-scale complicated datasets, including expertise in handling sales data such as pipeline, revenue, and churn • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, and business operation design
