📋 Description

• Monitor and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases in development, test, and production environments • Perform routine database administration within Microsoft SQL Server, including backups, restores, integrity checks, and index maintenance • Assist with Microsoft SQL Server database provisioning, configuration, and patch management • Monitor Microsoft SQL Server database performance and help identify bottlenecks or optimization opportunities • Troubleshoot Microsoft SQL Server database connectivity and performance issues • Assist with Microsoft SQL Server upgrades, migrations, and deployments • Maintain Microsoft SQL Server database security, permissions, and role-based access controls • Assist with administration and monitoring of Oracle Database environments • Support Oracle backup and recovery operations using RMAN • Help monitor Oracle database health, performance, and storage utilization • Participate in Oracle patching and upgrade activities • Support Oracle user account management and security administration • Work closely with the Director of IT, application teams, and system engineers to ensure database performance, availability, security, and reliability • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2 Years Experience with SQL Server Databases • Basic understanding of relational database concepts and database architecture • Familiarity with Oracle Databases • Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments • High school diploma or equivalent
