📋 Description

• Design and implement automated workflows for partner onboarding, contact updates, service renewals, and data lifecycle management • Create self-service tools for operations teams to perform bulk data operations • Build automated alerts for stale data, missing information, and expiring service agreements • Build ETL pipelines synchronizing partner data across internal systems • Automate migration of legacy data into the centralized platform • Develop reconciliation scripts to detect discrepancies and maintain data consistency • Build tools to retrieve relevant partner contacts during network incidents • Create automated escalation and outreach workflows triggered by network events • Develop runbook automation for repetitive operational tasks • Build dashboards tracking data quality, freshness, and platform adoption • Implement automated health checks and audit scripts • Create scheduled leadership reports on automation ROI and data integrity metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in automation engineering, data engineering, or DevOps • Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, API integrations, and data manipulation • Experience building and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs • Familiarity with SQL and data pipeline/ETL concepts • Experience with job scheduling and orchestration tools such as Airflow or cron • Understanding of data quality principles including validation, deduplication, and reconciliation • Comfortable working with large datasets across multiple source systems • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently • Preferred: Experience with PHP or Hack • Preferred: Familiarity with graph databases or relationship/entity management systems • Preferred: Experience with CRM, MDM, or vendor management platforms • Preferred: Understanding of network infrastructure concepts including ISPs, peering, colocation, and Points of Presence • Preferred: Experience with Thrift or similar RPC frameworks • Preferred: Background in telecom, network operations, or infrastructure services • Preferred: Experience automating processes in a large-scale enterprise environment
