📋 Description

• Define, document, and prioritize user stories and requirements based on research, customer feedback, and business objectives • Serve as the voice of the client and define clear acceptance criteria • Assess feasibility, analyze stakeholders, and evaluate risks • Contribute to program vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with client objectives • Translate strategic goals into structured program plans with timelines, owners, success criteria, and go/no-go gates • Own delivery from ideation through deployment, including milestone planning, dependency management, risk identification, and stakeholder alignment • Drive accountability across engineering, operations, design, data science, and vendor partners • Manage shared resource constraints, inter-program dependencies, external blockers, change requests, scope, timelines, and costs • Collaborate with client stakeholders, design, engineering, and data science teams • Lead status meetings, presentations, and executive briefings • Plan and execute launches and feature releases, including launch plans, demos, and training • Develop test plans and facilitate user acceptance testing • Champion end-user readiness, adoption, usability, and operational readiness • Use phased rollouts and validate data and cross-system consistency before production deployments • Define KPIs and maintain centralized dashboards and reports • Report outcomes to leadership using data analysis and visualization • Lead post-launch reviews and promote consistent program management standards • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in program management, product management, or a related field • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required • Demonstrated ability to run multi-workstream programs, track deliverables across teams, hold stakeholders accountable, and drive decisions amid ambiguity • Experience with development tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI • Technical fluency to partner with engineering on APIs, data pipelines, integrations, and deployment decisions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and program management skills • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments • Track record of managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines • Strong facilitation skills and ability to drive stakeholders to decisions • Ability to distill complex technical programs into clear leadership updates • Experience managing enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders • Ability to travel occasionally to company sites as needed • Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when timelines require • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative work environment • Familiarity with LLM platforms and agentic AI tools is preferred • Product, program, or Agile certifications are a plus but not required • Familiarity with network operations, ticketing, dispatch workflows, data center and fiber optic networking software solutions, or utility operations software is a plus but not required
