• Own technical enablement for Sales, SE, and Channel • Build the curriculum, run certifications, and partner with Product to ship enablement on every release • Build and run technical bootcamps and ongoing technical/product enablement • Own demo standards and demo certifications • Partner with Product and Engineering to scale enablement product GTM process • Measure enablement impact on ramp, win rate, and deal cycle
• 5+ years in technical enablement, SE, or product marketing in security or infrastructure • Strong technical depth in identity, cloud, or cybersecurity • Experience in building enablement materials and delivering the trainings • Comfortable presenting to and coaching senior sellers and SEs • Experience in non-human identity, IAM, PAM, or cloud security a plus
