📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of customer engagements, maintaining visibility across active work and broader account initiatives • Facilitate customer engagement cadences to track progress, align priorities, and maintain delivery momentum • Develop and maintain project plans with milestones, timelines, and responsibilities • Identify and maintain backlogs of technical initiatives supporting platform adoption • Coordinate internal scoping and execution with Service Delivery Engineers and Architects • Monitor services utilization and alignment with contracted scope • Surface delivery risks and coordinate resources to resolve blockers • Partner with Sales and account teams to align delivery engagements with broader account priorities • Act as the operational lead for customer engagements and orchestrate work across technical delivery teams • Help customers prioritize and execute initiatives that drive platform adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, professional services delivery, technical program management, or similar roles in a SaaS or technical services environment • Experience building and managing project plans for technical or software implementation projects • Ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements and coordinate work across technical stakeholders • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Comfortable working with technical teams and customers in SaaS, data infrastructure, or developer-focused environments • Comfortable bringing structure and momentum to complex technical engagements where priorities may evolve • Experience with cloud-native architectures such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies, including years and types of projects requested during application • Authorization to work in the United States
