📋 Description

• Analyze sales behavior patterns in call center, in-home, and in-store interactions • Inspect potential compliance risks and report findings to internal leadership • Review customer interactions and aggregate data for actionable insights • Identify and trend fraudulent activity and compliance issues through interaction analysis • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of trends affecting customer experiences and business targets • Use voice analytics software to find specific call types and create custom views • Contribute to ad hoc analytics and inspection projects supporting business initiatives • Audit customer interactions and Expert performance using lead-generation sources such as machine learning models • Process ad hoc requests from Compliance leadership for supporting teams and departments • Summarize findings through verbal and written communication • Create visual reports and data narratives • Demonstrate Core Values and Leadership Principles

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to handle sensitive data and discussions professionally and discreetly • Strong language comprehension and verbal and written communication skills • Strong time management skills • Ability to maintain productivity with minimal direct supervision • Analytical, problem-solving, outside-the-box, and solution-oriented thinking • Technical skills and ability to learn • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field • Minimum of 6 months’ experience in compliance, fraud, legal, sales, customer service, quality, or a related field preferred • Microsoft Office Suite • Power BI knowledge preferred • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve all performance metrics • Ability to work 8-hour computer workstation shifts • Overtime may be required according to business needs
