📋 Description

• Support the development, governance, implementation, and ongoing management of organizational policies • Respond to external requests for information required for regulatory filings • Monitor the creation, revision, and approval workflows for company policies and procedures • Manage stakeholder inquiries, coordinate responses and communications, and escalate issues as appropriate • Provide development guidance and assist with identifying, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and work instructions • Assist in identifying, analyzing, and resolving compliance issues • Maintain and review regulatory documentation necessary to maintain corporate standards • Assist in developing, producing, and conducting compliance training programs • Perform periodic compliance audits, risk assessments, and ongoing compliance monitoring • Serve as a company-wide resource and liaison on policies, contract issues and provisions, communications, workflow, and quality improvement initiatives • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • Master's or Juris Doctorate degree preferred and may be considered in lieu of experience • 1+ years of related experience in compliance, privacy and/or regulatory affairs • Working knowledge of laws and/or regulations in area of compliance, particularly HIPAA and state regulations • Understanding of policy lifecycle management and governance processes • Strong stakeholder service and communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
