📋 Description

• Perform annual reviews of the Compliance Program, Code of Conduct, and policies and procedures, ensuring accessibility and regulatory compliance • Partner with the Compliance Lead as a secondary subject matter expert and support operational compliance functions • Manage end-to-end compliance training distribution through the learning management system • Assign training to newly hired or contracted workforce members and Board members, answer technical questions, and drive on-time completion • Address compliance hotline reports through investigation, issue-resolution documentation, and client reporting • Perform internal monitoring and quality assurance reviews of exclusions screening processes and controls • Respond to health plan client attestations and audits with accurate responses and supporting evidence • Document submissions in the Compliance SharePoint Audit/RFP list • Analyze conflicts-of-interest surveys and identify potential conflicts requiring follow-up • Partner on the annual compliance workplan and identify auditing and monitoring opportunities • Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Security on projects involving offshore vendors, privacy controls, application usability, and compliant product development • Provide timely compliance responses to RFPs while maintaining confidentiality • Review marketing disclaimers and collateral for Medicare marketing rules and HIPAA compliance • Report weekly to the Compliance Lead and Chief Compliance Officer on project status, challenges, wins, and support needs • Uphold the Compliance Program and Code of Conduct

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Compliance, or related field • 2 to 4 years of related experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, auditing, risk management, or a related healthcare operational role • Demonstrated knowledge and experience supporting compliance programs, audit support, investigations, training administration, and regulatory oversight • Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams • Preferred: healthcare compliance certification such as CHC, or active pursuit of CHC, CHCP, or CCEP certification • Preferred: experience with Medicare Advantage, managed care, or health plan compliance programs • Preferred: familiarity with CMS requirements, HIPAA, delegated oversight, downstream entity monitoring, FDRs, FWA compliance, and regulatory audits • Preferred: experience analyzing compliance and operational data for risk identification, risk reporting, dashboards, and compliance decision-making • Must reside in one of the listed eligible U.S. states • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
