• Prepare and submit required FCC and CPUC filings, including Forms 499Q, 499A, and 477 • Coordinate Access Line Reporting for CPUC and TUFF and ensure regulatory fee accuracy • Oversee third-party compliance and tax partners, escrow management, and fee remittances • Monitor regulatory law updates related to UCaaS, VoIP, and telecom services and translate them into internal policies or customer communications • Produce monthly and quarterly telecom tax and regulatory fee reports using billing system data • Develop pivot tables and analytical summaries for tax classification, fee trending, and variance reporting • Collaborate with accounting, executive, and CPA teams on synchronized reporting and financial accuracy • File reports with GSA, CMAS, TIPS, and other JPA organizations • Review and interpret customer, vendor, and partner contracts • Draft and revise Sales Agent and Partner Agreements, addenda, and related attachments • Participate in customer and partner meetings for government and education sector contracts • Coordinate with insurance providers regarding insurance and indemnity requirements • Assess bid, performance, and payment bond requirements and obtain documentation • Maintain a centralized contract repository and track renewal and amendment milestones • Recommend risk mitigation strategies and improvements to standard contract templates • Manage employee records and compliance in Gusto, including payroll, benefits, I-9, and time-off • Update and distribute Employee Handbooks, internal policies, and compliance notices • Communicate and implement labor, payroll, and benefits regulation changes • Oversee updates to Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, and compliance statements • Support periodic internal audits for HR and contract compliance integrity • Serve as the central guardian of compliance across ITMC and 101VOICE, bridging legal, financial, and operational teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field • 5+ years of experience in telecom, UCaaS, or technology compliance and contract management • Strong understanding of FCC and CPUC regulations, telecom taxation, and filing procedures • Experience reviewing and negotiating contracts and regulatory documents • Familiarity with OneBill, Gusto, and CRM/ERP tools such as HubSpot or QuickBooks • Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Strong organizational, documentation, multitasking, and follow-through skills • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to balance precision and efficiency in deadline-driven situations
