📋 Description

• Monitor the centralized Personnel Inbox and respond to routine questions • Track personnel transaction requests and coordinate their review and approval • Maintain records of authorized positions, position control numbers, filled and vacant positions, staffing levels, funding sources, and pending changes • Review workforce and shared accounts, track spending and balances, and identify funding concerns • Prepare cost estimates and staffing models for hiring, vacancies, reorganizations, and changes to position duties or classifications • Support two-year budget development by compiling historical spending, staffing projections, and workforce cost assumptions • Review account transfers for accurate coding and complete documentation • Research routine discrepancies and refer exceptions to designated finance staff • Maintain controls, organized records, audit documentation, and personnel information confidentiality • Provide backup coverage for budget administration, accounts payable and receivable, purchasing card, and travel expense inboxes • Recommend improvements to records, tracking, and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or ability to perform workforce financial analysis, position tracking, and administrative coordination • Ability to maintain accurate position and funding records • Ability to monitor workforce budgets and compare actual costs with budget estimates • Ability to prepare staffing cost estimates and models • Ability to compile personnel spending history, staffing projections, and workforce cost assumptions • Ability to review financial transactions for accurate coding and documentation • Ability to protect private personnel information and maintain audit records • Ability to provide backup support for budget accounts, accounts payable and receivable, purchasing card, and travel expense inboxes
