📋 Description

• Solicit new business and service existing customers via telephone sales • Resolve customer problems and provide consultation services • Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and merchandising information • Research, plan, and implement sales, customer retention, and new business development • Champion the corporate image and reputation • Communicate with customers via phone, web chat, text, and email • Sell tires, wheels, and associated products consultatively • Maintain accurate customer records and route customer issues and feedback through established channels • Process customer orders and returns; assist with tracking and product availability • Provide quality service while achieving productivity and efficiency goals

🎯 Requirements

• High School or GED degree • Bilingual customer service capability • Telephone sales and customer service experience • Thorough knowledge of products, policies, and merchandising information • Ability to communicate professionally via phone, web chat, text, and email • Ability to process customer orders and returns and assist with tracking and product availability • Ability to answer, handle, and resolve customer questions, requests, issues, and complaints • 2–4 years of related experience preferred (not required)
