📋 Description

• Support the US Nuclear team across Commercial Nuclear and Federal markets • Drive strategic growth initiatives and lead development of compliant, compelling proposals • Manage the entire proposal process from receipt of RFP/RFQ, RFI/EOI, or similar request through final submission • Plan and coordinate proposals, including scheduling projects, assigning contributors, running review gates, and managing production plans • Assemble, lead, and direct multidisciplinary proposal teams • Unblock subject matter experts and escalate risks to ensure timely completion • Collaborate with the assigned Capture Manager • Support storyboarding, content creation and management, and formatting • Conduct structured quality reviews and verify compliance with client requirements • Manage final assembly and submission, including portal requirements • Gather and format information and manage proposal submission deadlines • Build business relationships and deliver compelling value propositions • Develop and maintain professional networks and customer relationships • Coordinate company resources for proposals and related market responses • Participate in strategic planning with leadership • Obtain necessary approvals and implement company governance policies • Deliver proposals to customers and interface with customers on requests and issues • Engage Contracts, Legal, and Procurement resources regarding contract terms and conditions • Communicate with technical experts and Operations personnel to develop customer solutions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required • Experience in project management and team supervision • A minimum of 15 years of proposal development experience with US government programs • Proven experience managing complex, multi-contributor proposals under tight deadlines • A minimum of 10 years of experience with the Federal Government Acquisition and resultant Proposal Development environments, Department of Energy Environmental Management/NNSA and/or Office of Science experience is desired • Commercial Nuclear experience is desired • Proposal Management processes and tools • Familiarity with AI-assisted proposal workflows and content libraries is increasingly valued • Key account management • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Advanced presentation skills • Must be a U.S. citizen in order to be considered
