📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive global supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives and international presence • Lead and manage procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution across multiple sites • Identify and mitigate global supply chain risks • Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels globally • Establish and maintain relationships with worldwide suppliers and vendors • Negotiate international contracts and agreements • Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions • Develop supplier qualification and audit processes for compliance with international standards and regulations • Build and lead a high-performing, multicultural supply chain team • Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities across global offices • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment • Set performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations • Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels and minimize waste • Ensure timely and accurate product delivery to customers worldwide • Implement supply chain best practices, including lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies • Use data analytics and advanced technology for decision-making and process improvements • Ensure compliance with international regulations, standards, and certifications, including ISO and FDA requirements • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain product quality and reliability • Develop and implement quality control processes across the global supply chain

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 15 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing global operations • Extensive knowledge of global supply chain best practices, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management • Experience in the medical device manufacturing industry is highly desirable • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a global mindset • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement on an international scale • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a global context • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools applicable to international operations • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a global perspective • Ability to travel internationally as required
