📋 Description

• Support end-to-end operational activities for banking products and services • Process financial transactions • Maintain account records • Perform reconciliations • Ensure adherence to operational controls and regulatory requirements • Monitor workflow efficiency • Resolve operational exceptions • Implement process improvements • Support sales planning, performance management, and sales enablement initiatives • Develop reporting, analytics, and insights to monitor sales effectiveness and business outcomes • Identify opportunities to optimize sales processes, productivity, and client engagement • Support training, coaching, incentive, and execution programs that enhance sales capabilities • Partner with business leaders to implement strategies driving growth, revenue generation, and customer acquisition • Manage projects/processes and work independently with limited supervision • Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered • Typically requires 5–6+ years of prior experience • In-depth knowledge of the job area • Advanced knowledge of the job area, typically obtained through advanced education and work experience • Ability to manage projects/processes independently with limited supervision • Ability to coach and review the work of lower-level professionals • Drug-free workplace requirement
