📋 Description

• Review complex business loan requests and perform independent credit analysis • Assess borrower financial condition, management, operations, loan structure, and overall credit risk • Evaluate risk, structure credit solutions, and recommend, approve, or decline credit requests within established lending authority • Manage an assigned portfolio through ongoing monitoring, risk rating, portfolio analysis, client credit solution development, and remediation of emerging credit concerns • Partner with Relationship Managers, sales teams, and credit leadership to support business objectives and resolve complex credit matters • Ensure timely completion of loan requests and portfolio management activities • Provide subject matter expertise, guidance, and review support to less experienced credit professionals • Support credit evaluations, loan decisions, and approval concurrence as appropriate • Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and required training • Stay current on regulatory and credit-related developments • Manage large projects or processes with limited oversight • Coach, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered • Typically requires 6–8+ years prior experience • Deep knowledge of the job area • Ability to review complex business loan requests and perform independent credit analysis • Knowledge of borrower financial condition, management, operations, loan structure, and overall credit risk • Ability to evaluate risk, structure credit solutions, and recommend, approve, or decline credit requests in accordance with lending authority, credit policy, and business needs • Knowledge of portfolio monitoring, risk rating, portfolio analysis, client credit solution development, and remediation of emerging credit concerns • Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and required training • Ability to stay current on regulatory and credit-related developments
