📋 Description

• Review complex business loan requests and perform independent credit analysis • Evaluate risk, structure credit solutions, and recommend, approve, or decline credit requests • Manage an assigned portfolio through ongoing monitoring, risk rating, portfolio analysis, credit solution development, and remediation of emerging credit concerns • Partner with Relationship Managers, sales teams, and credit leadership on business objectives and complex credit matters • Ensure timely completion of loan requests and portfolio management activities • Provide subject matter expertise, guidance, and review support to less experienced credit professionals • Review credit evaluations, loan decisions, and approval concurrence as appropriate • Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and required training • Stay current on regulatory and credit-related developments • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered • Typically requires 6–8+ years prior experience, with deep knowledge of the job area • Independent credit analysis of complex business loan requests • Assessment of borrower financial condition, management, operations, loan structure, and overall credit risk • Knowledge of credit evaluation, risk assessment, policy compliance, and portfolio monitoring • Ability to evaluate risk, structure credit solutions, and recommend, approve, or decline credit requests in accordance with lending authority and credit policy • Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures • Required training and staying current on regulatory and credit-related developments • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
