📋 Description

• Supervise support employees • Set day-to-day operational objectives for the team • Ensure policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers, and stakeholders • Investigate suspected incidents of illegal activity or suspected fraud involving teammates, vendors, or third parties • Coordinate information gathering and reporting with applicable law enforcement authorities • Present evidence to court • Maintain case management and evidence in accordance with legal requirements • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered • Broad knowledge of technical or operational practices within the assigned discipline • 2+ years of prior leadership experience • Understanding of basic management approaches • Ability to supervise support employees and ensure policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed
