📋 Description

• Develop organizational relationships with donors • Enhance donor engagement • Secure major and planned gifts supporting Foundation strategies and objectives • Serve as an ambassador of the Foundation • Motivate enthusiastic support for Alpha Chi Omega’s educational and philanthropic initiatives • Work with donors, volunteers and colleagues • Acquire knowledge in the area of specialty

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years of professional fundraising experience required • Direct experience in major gifts, planned giving and/or direct donor engagement preferred • A combination of related education and professional/volunteer experience may be considered • Candidates’ differing levels of experience will be considered • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required • Maintains a high level of maturity, integrity, confidentiality and professionalism • Demonstrates outstanding written, verbal, presentation and listening skills • Works with urgency and flexibility in a team-oriented and goal-driven environment • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and email required • Prior experience working with iMIS or another donor relationship management system preferred • Membership in Alpha Chi Omega or another Greek-letter fraternal organization preferred • CFRE or similar certification preferred
