📋 Description

• Own data ingestion and pipeline architecture from paid media platforms through Adverity to dashboards • Connect and maintain API pipelines for Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic platforms • Build custom Python connectors for unsupported systems • Build and maintain CRM data connections for Slate, Salesforce, and HubSpot • Own Google BigQuery warehouse routing, optimization, storage, and schema design • Manage partitioning, clustering, and storage strategy to control query cost and performance • Build modular, version-controlled, documented dbt or Dataform transformation pipelines • Maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and automated testing • Enforce strict data segregation across multi-client environments • Create performant data views for Looker Studio dashboards and automated Google Sheets reports • Translate reporting requirements into warehouse models with the Data and Analytics Manager and client teams • Monitor pipeline health, resolve API breaks, minimize latency, and troubleshoot discrepancies • Implement validation frameworks and automated testing • Proactively identify and report data quality risks to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience • Strong experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in Adverity or a comparable ETL platform such as Fivetran, Supermetrics, or Funnel • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills • Proven Google BigQuery experience in transformation, partitioning, and modeling • Expertise in dbt or Dataform • Python proficiency for custom API connections and pipeline automation • Experience with CRM data flows and integrations, including Slate, Salesforce, and/or HubSpot • Deep understanding of marketing metrics including ROAS, CPA, and CAC • Understanding of paid platform schemas and structuring data to optimize Looker Studio performance • Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows • Ability to manage multi-client data environments with strict data segregation • Strong communication skills for explaining complex data workflows to non-technical audiences • Education marketing experience is especially valued • Experience integrating AI-driven insights or machine learning models into marketing data pipelines is a bonus • Familiarity with AI or LLM tools is a bonus • Experience maintaining generative AI platform APIs is a bonus • Experience with AI/ML-driven anomaly detection is a bonus
