📋 Description

• Communicate on the phone with clients to understand their situation • Advise clients on next steps and whether they are eligible for assistance • Navigate internal tech platforms and tools quickly

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of professional work experience in customer-facing roles (CX, sales, support, hospitality, etc.) • Ability to care for and support people from all walks of life • Quick learner and competent writer • Experience in a metrics-driven role is preferred
