📋 Description

• Transport guests virtually anywhere they like to go at any time • Handle incoming and outgoing guest calls promptly, courteously, and efficiently • Track guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfactory service • Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and completely • Coordinate with Bellperson, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security/Loss Prevention to resolve guest requests and problems • Process wake-up call requests and deliver them to the appropriate department • Process guest requests for wake-up calls, call screening, do-not-disturb, call forwarding, conference calls, TDD relay calls, and non-registered guest calls • Forward calls to the Front Desk during breaks, at night, or when phones are unattended • Monitor busy or unanswered lines and provide status updates or take messages • Welcome, acknowledge, engage, and thank guests using appropriate hospitality etiquette • Anticipate and address guest service needs professionally and promptly • Maintain positive working relationships and assist other departments as needed • Understand safety procedures and maintain emergency contact numbers

• Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English, orally and in writing, using proper spelling and grammar • Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, and cooperativeness • Ability to work with a minimum of supervision • Ability to interact in a polite, professional, and engaging manner with resort guests • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays • Ability to remain calm and think clearly in emergency situations
