🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years in affiliate marketing, creator outreach, or influencer program management (TikTok Shop experience strongly preferred) • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate Center, EUKA, Kalo Data, or similar creator-discovery platforms • Proven track record managing influencer / creator partnerships — sample seeding, contact capture, ongoing relationship building • E-commerce experience (Amazon, Shopify, or similar) • Track record of scaling an affiliate or creator program from the ground up • TikTok Shop Seller Center & Affiliate Center proficiency • CRM management (Google Sheets, Streak, or equivalent) • Email marketing platforms (Beehiiv preferred) • Strong written communication for creator messaging and content briefs • Data analysis and reporting (Excel / Google Sheets) • Negotiation skills (commission structures, retainer deals)
