📋 Description

• Build and optimize monetization systems, including enrollment flows, paywalls, subscription management, reactivation experiences, and marketing integrations across web and mobile platforms • Build features affecting millions of customers and Aura's growth and revenue • Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data teams • Run experiments, ship quickly, and iterate based on results • Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate feature delivery • Apply software engineering expertise, best practices, robust testing, and appropriate guardrails to ensure quality

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping and maintaining products in production • Full-stack experience with modern front-end frameworks, such as React/TypeScript, and familiarity with back-end technologies, such as Node.js, GraphQL, and REST APIs • Ability to contribute to frontend, backend, or mobile codebases as needed • Experience with modern web tooling, including bundlers, CI/CD, and testing frameworks • Experience with analytics and observability tools, such as OpenTelemetry, PostHog, SigNoz, Grafana, or Datadog • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote-first environment • Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude, Cursor, or Copilot • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
