📋 Description

• Conduct hearing aid evaluations and consultations • Build individualized treatment plans • Recommend hearing technology matched to each patient's needs • Fit, verify, and fine-tune hearing technology using best practices, including real-ear measurement • Counsel patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process • Provide long-term follow-up and ongoing clinical care • Partner with physicians and onsite Clinic Assistants to deliver strong patient outcomes • Lead the clinical relationship, including evaluation, treatment planning, counseling, and verification • Deliver remote care through the MaestroFusion® platform across multiple ENT and private audiology practices

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in an ENT, private audiology, or hearing aid retail setting • 2+ years of direct clinical experience • Licensed, or license-eligible, as an audiologist (AuD or master's in Audiology) • Hearing aid dispensing experience • Strong verification and fitting skills • Professional certification (CCC-A or ABA) preferred for audiologists • Experience across major hearing aid manufacturers and remote-programming platforms preferred • Ability to work Monday through Friday during standard clinic hours • Remote experience is a plus
