📋 Description

• Own an area of Syndio's compensation content and product surface, such as job architecture, market data integration, pay range design, or offer intelligence • Guide the squad roadmap and prioritize work on the Applied Expertise team • Apply total rewards expertise to complex customer questions involving architecture redesigns, market data conflicts, range strategy, offer logic, and geographic differentials • Create scalable customer briefings, design guides, model communication templates, and worked examples • Partner with Product and AI teams to embed compensation practice into Decisions and Essentials • Shape offer recommendation logic, range and structure inputs, and market data workflows • Participate in customer QBRs, offer strategy conversations, and architecture reviews • Surface customer patterns and design gaps to Principal-level colleagues and Product • Translate custom analytics into product requirements • Support product and development teams on design and implementation plans • Partner with data science and development teams to advance total rewards customer outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on total rewards, compensation, or organizational design work • Meaningful experience in job architecture, market data, pay range design, or enterprise-scale organizational design projects • Deep facility with leveling frameworks, benchmarking methodology, salary structure design, offer construction, geographic differentials, and incentive design • Experience translating compensation practice into playbooks, tools, products, or standards • Ability to hold credible conversations with CHROs, compensation committees, or HRBP leadership teams about design tradeoffs and write for those audiences • Strong judgment distinguishing design options from prescribed outcomes • Track record of building content, documentation, or enablement materials • Comfort translating compensation expertise into AI-mediated product capability • Experience in HR tech, compensation SaaS, or a related enterprise domain is a strong plus
