📋 Description

• Own Syndio’s most strategic accounts end to end across a focused portfolio of two to three complex enterprise customers • Partner daily with VPs of Total Rewards, compensation leaders, and executive sponsors • Run and interpret pay equity analyses and guide compensation and total-rewards conversations • Advise customers on workplace equity strategy and translate concepts into measurable global-scale outcomes • Lead complex, multi-product implementations and migrations, including Data Hub migrations, Decisions rollouts, and readiness for the EU Pay Transparency Directive • Navigate multi-region organizational structures and stakeholder maps • Deliver Value Realization storytelling demonstrating milestones and tangible ROI • Shape Syndio’s high-touch, forward-deployed expert support model • Partner with Product, Revenue Marketing, and Engineering to represent customer needs and create scalable playbooks • Complete onboarding, map strategic-account stakeholders and needs, independently lead customer conversations, own implementation roadmaps, and drive measurable value

🎯 Requirements

• Deep domain expertise in pay equity, compensation, or total rewards • Ability to perform and interpret pay equity analyses • Significant experience implementing or managing enterprise SaaS customers • Experience with large, complex, and demanding enterprise accounts • Strong project management and project-planning skills • Ability to drive structure and momentum across long, high-stakes engagements • Comfort operating at global scale and navigating large, matrixed, multi-region organizations • Credibility and confidence with VP and executive-level stakeholders • Ability to build trusted-advisor relationships • Prior people-leadership experience may be applicable to the individual-contributor role • Passion for closing pay and opportunity gaps and creating workplace fairness • Ability to thrive with autonomy and ambiguity • Proactive, organized, empathetic, calm, and confident approach to demanding customers
