The system speeds submissions, reviews, approvals and payments for maintenance transactions and is designed to integrate with point-of-sale and administration systems. Auto Integrate reports a large vendor network (100,000+ enrolled shops), has processed over 50 million repair orders/transactions, supports multinational expansion (US, Canada, Mexico), and is positioned as a market-facing fleet maintenance authorization tool used by independent and national shops, fleet managers, rental companies and government fleets.

📋 Description

• Lead customer kickoffs, define milestones, and own implementations through configuration, testing, launch, and handoff • Perform customer configuration, account setup, integration setup, and other implementation activities • Manage multiple implementations concurrently across a high-volume portfolio • Build implementation plans, track dependencies, coordinate stakeholders, and surface risks and blockers • Translate customer workflows and requirements into implementation paths using product capabilities, configuration, and integrations • Configure, test, troubleshoot, and validate end-to-end workflows with customers through UAT and launch • Own cutover planning, readiness criteria, customer validation, go-live coordination, and transition into steady-state support • Build and standardize the implementation process from intake through launch • Create scoping, kickoff, project-plan, configuration, testing, readiness, go-live, handoff, documentation, and ownership standards • Collaborate with Support, Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Solutions Engineering • Use implementation learnings and metrics to improve playbooks, templates, tooling, and processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience leading customer implementations, onboarding, or technical delivery in a B2B SaaS environment • Strong project management fundamentals, including scoping, planning, milestone tracking, stakeholder management, dependency management, and risk management • Experience working in a technical product environment involving integrations, APIs, workflows, configuration, and data flows • Experience troubleshooting integrations and implementation issues • Ability to translate customer requirements into clear implementation approaches and executable plans • Experience performing hands-on configuration, testing, validation, or implementation work • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading customer calls • Strong attention to detail with the ability to move quickly across a high-volume portfolio • Experience creating or improving implementation processes, documentation, playbooks, or delivery standards • Experience with professional-services-style delivery in a product company • Experience helping build or mature an implementation function • Familiarity with fleet, automotive, or maintenance/repair workflows
