📋 Description
• Deliver product and workflow coaching sessions that help customers adopt Autodesk solutions • Conduct coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows and desired outcomes • Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions for end users • Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise • Develop, update, and maintain enablement content and learning resources
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Minimum of 5 years' experience in related field • Advanced knowledge of Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) technologies and automation building blocks • Experience working with and supporting Cloud APIs and API testing tools such as Postman • Understanding of HTTP methods, constructing and sending HTTP requests to APIs • Proven ability to be agile and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
