📋 Description

• Receive and verify new vehicle invoices and inventory • Receive and verify used vehicle purchase and AAX • Enter incoming new and used vehicle units • Post new and used vehicles to accounting • Post dealer trades, used inventory, and retail details submitted through BPMS • Review exceptions in BPMS for new/used inventory and wholesales • Review and adjust lien payoff, customer equity, and all payables schedules • Prepare invoices for scanning • Ensure all work is complete by deadline-critical nights, payroll cut-off, and month end • Follow up on accounting inventory questions • Perform duties with minimum assistance

🎯 Requirements

• A clear understanding of accounting principles and logic • Flexible work schedule to accommodate month-end deadlines • Ability to produce high-quality and high-quantity work under deadline pressure • Highly organized with excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities • Team player with superior customer service skills • Working knowledge of MS Office software, including MS Excel and Word, and CDK • Proficient in 10-key and typing skills • Must have been a coordinator for six months or have relevant experience • Automotive accounting experience preferred, but not required
