📋 Description

• Lead editing of complex and high-visibility video projects from raw footage through final delivery • Make advanced editorial decisions while maintaining alignment with project goals and brand standards • Apply color correction, color grading, compositing, visual effects, layering, and masking techniques • Design and develop motion graphics, titles, and visual effects • Execute professional audio editing, mixing, and sound design • Transform raw footage into compelling visual stories while meeting creative, technical, and brand standards

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of professional video editing and post-production experience • Proven track record of delivering complex, high-quality video content • Ability to independently make creative and technical decisions while aligning with brand standards and business objectives • Experience mentoring or coaching editors while providing constructive, actionable feedback • Ability to troubleshoot complex creative and technical challenges with minimal supervision • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with producers, videographers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining exceptional quality across all deliverables • Ability to establish best practices, improve workflows, and elevate editorial quality across a creative team
