📋 Description

• drive delivery of strategic initiatives and enterprise improvement efforts • partner with functional and senior leaders to translate defined priorities into executable plans • improve visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes • coordinate dependencies and sequencing across teams • lead cross‑functional programs such as enterprise change initiatives, product launch readiness, pricing or intake governance • run initiative‑level or portfolio‑level governance forums, status reviews, and working sessions • develop and maintain execution metrics, dashboards, and status reporting • provide concise, executive‑ready summaries highlighting progress and risks • support change efforts through clear communication

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred • 8–10 years of experience in strategic operations, enterprise initiatives, consulting, or program leadership roles • demonstrated success leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives • strong planning, problem‑solving, and communication skills • proven ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment • experience in technology‑enabled, product‑driven, or scaling organizations • background supporting enterprise‑level initiatives, transformation programs, or portfolio execution • strong partnership experience with Product, Engineering, Finance, or Commercial teams • comfort operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments
