📋 Description

• Defining and executing global operations’ digital transformation strategy • Lead deployment of AI-driven solutions across manufacturing network • Lead deployment of MVDA solutions across manufacturing network • Drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and compliance • Lead global cross-functional programs and stakeholders • Develop scalable digital platforms and architectures • Ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO, etc.) across all implementations • Drive standardization of manufacturing processes and best practices across global sites

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience and/or education in engineering or digital transformation • AI / Machine Learning (MVDA) in manufacturing • Advanced analytics and process control • Digital manufacturing and edge platforms • Quality systems and regulatory knowledge • Lean / Six Sigma or equivalent operational excellence experience • Global program leadership • Cross-functional stakeholder alignment • Enterprise-scale change management • Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret complex problems, incorporating data gathered from a variety of sources • High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal direction • Operates at enterprise/global level • Balances technical depth with business impact • Drives standardization and operational discipline across sites • Focuses on scalable platforms vs. point solutions • Ensures regulatory readiness in all initiatives • Champions a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
