📋 Description

• Define and execute the global operations digital transformation strategy • Lead deployment of AI-driven solutions across the manufacturing network • Lead deployment of MVDA solutions across the manufacturing network • Drive improvements in quality, efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence maturity • Lead global cross-functional programs and stakeholders • Develop scalable digital platforms and architectures • Ensure regulatory compliance, including FDA and ISO requirements, across implementations • Drive standardization of manufacturing processes and best practices across global sites • Build and present investment cases that fund digital transformation initiatives • Establish network-wide standards and governance • Lead the team responsible for executing the strategy across local sites

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience leading digital transformation, smart manufacturing, or operational excellence programs within complex manufacturing environments • Expertise in AI/ML, MVDA, advanced analytics, process control, and Industry 4.0 technologies • Strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and validated manufacturing processes • Proven success delivering enterprise-scale transformation, stakeholder alignment, and change management across global organisations • Ability to combine deep technical expertise with strategic business leadership, driving scalable solutions and measurable operational improvements • Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills • Strong sense of integrity and accountability
