📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end deployment processes for assigned clients • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to maintain momentum and alignment • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, deliverables, deadlines, success metrics, and project records • Lead Essentials Pro product demonstrations, guided enrollment sessions, training programs, and change management activities for enterprise clients • Conduct business reviews, workflow impact assessments, and gap analyses • Customize implementation and training models around client needs • Monitor enrollment and training timelines and identify risks or delays • Escalate challenges and support go-live preparation and launch • Partner with Implementation Analysts, Product Management, and internal teams on technical deployment tasks and custom requests • Enhance implementation documentation • Maintain data accuracy and monitor data quality metrics • Perform audits and share best practices across implementations • Partner with Implementation Project Managers, Implementation Leadership, Product Management, and client stakeholders to deliver complex implementations on time and within scope • Lead enrollment and training workstreams for large clients with annual contract values of $200K and above

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of implementation experience within a healthcare organization • At least 3 years of specialized experience with payer enrollments or training and change management for large healthcare organizations • 2 years of experience supporting healthcare software or at least 1 year of experience working for a clearinghouse • 2 years of prior authorization, physician practice management, and/or professional or hospital billing experience • Experience with one or more practice management systems, electronic medical records, and/or radiology information software systems • Strong communication skills and ability to build alignment with internal teams and client stakeholders • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced implementation environment • Strong time management skills to keep project plans, milestones, deliverables, and client commitments on track • Experience with Salesforce is an advantage • Experience with Epic is an advantage • Experience with EDI enrollment processes is an advantage • Strong understanding of payer enrollment, healthcare workflows, clearinghouse operations, or client-facing implementation best practices • Must be able to use a camera for all virtual meetings; video participation is required • Must pass a drug test before beginning employment • Must meet United States employment eligibility verification requirements • Sponsorship in any form is not available for this position
